The Human Resources (HR) and Payroll solution currently operates using several separate systems. OneUniversity will provide a single, integrated solution with a self-service system for managers and staff to access some of the most commonly used HR and Payroll functions.  

What will change?

Many functions will become streamlined and staff will be able to request annual leave, submit timesheets or change personal details using the online portal, accessible from any device with a web browser. Managers will be able to view absence reports which will enable more efficient planning.
