Art Exhibition - RusTay Art Textiles by Lynda Marshall

This exhibition runs from the 17/08/2017 to the 31/08/2017 and will feature a wide variety of designs produced by a group of former City & Guilds Creative Textiles students. The display will include 2D wall hangings and quilts alongside 3D wearable art and soft furnishings, worked in machine and hand stitched. There will also be access to sketchbooks showing the inspiration and story behind the designs, and the porcess used....

Art Exhibition - 'Woodcraft and Pyrography' by Gail Duncan

Following on from last summer's highly successful exhibition at the University of Dundee's Botanic Gardens, Jim Brown and Gail Duncan will exhibit more of their work this summer from the 21/07/2017 to 07/08/2017. Magnus the Shetland Pony

We have had to say an early good bye to our brand new edition to the team here at the Botanic Gardens Magnus. The sculpture arrived with us on the 15th of June 2017 and it comes in the shape of a little metal pony called Magnus which was designed by sculpturist Steve Burke McKay. Magnus is made out of recycled metal and old farm machine parts, Steves inspiration for his metal sculptures comes from his love of cars and moving objects.
