Land and Sea Exhibition

This is an exhibition about landscape and seascape paintings by artists, Tom Barron and Ethel Webster. This is a show of new work by both artists depicting local landscapes and West coast seascape views.  Ethel Webster is well known for her floral paintings and likes to paint in watercolour, acrylic and pastels. Tom Barron specialises more in impressionistic seascapes and paints using oils.   They will be dispalying their work from the 2 May 2018 to 10 May 2018. SKETCHBOOK MEMBERS MEET AT 10a.m. EVERY MONDAY MORNING IN THE UNIVERSITY OF DUNDEE BOTANIC GARDEN GLASSHOUSE. WE DRAW INSPIRATION FROM EXOTIC AND LOCAL PLANT SPECIES WHICH THRIVE IN THE GLASSHOUSES AND GARDENS. Dundee 10 Art Exhibition

The Dundee 10 is a group of photographers from Dundee Photographic Society. The members change annually. Their exhibition runs once a year at the Dundee Botanical Gardens showcasing a wide range of subject matter and styles. New art exhibtion from 12th March to the 28th March at The University of Dundee Botanic Garden. Lucy Golden and Mary Golden are sisters, artists and both fascinated in landscape and the natural world. For Lucy, current work is inspired by what she finds around her in her garden studio and in the Scottish landscape around her home near the Lomond Hills in rural Fife, including drawings and studies of plants, seedlings and leaves in acrylic and oil paints.
