Archive staff can help and advise you. Before your visit please use the online catalogue to find the items you need and read the new Reader Guidelines 2021 which will explain how you can make an appointment

When visiting the Archive for the first time, please bring proof of identification. We will then issue you with a reader ticket and explain about our new searchroom procedures 

Material may only be consulted in the Archive and may not be borrowed. 

Please note that some material may be closed if it contains sensitive information or is too fragile to produce safely.

Re-Use of Public Sector Information Regulations
Archive Services (i.e. the part of the University responsible for the management of the University’s archival and special collections) is not part of the University Library and not subject to the Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations. However, Archive Services are happy to consider requests for the reuse of information they create, although any such reuse may be chargeable. Please contact archives@dundee.ac.uk with questions or requests for reuse.
