OPD are pleased to release some resources aimed at maintaining your wellbeing and resilience over the coming months.
Following on from the Covid-19 Staff Check-in Survey – June 2020 communication from Pamela Milne on Thursday 9th July, OPD are pleased to release some resources aimed at maintaining your wellbeing and resilience over the coming months. We would also like to draw your attention to ongoing opportunities available to you for your professional and personal development.
We are also offering some webinars from some of our trusted facilitators between now and when our programme launches. These webinars will be bookable via Eventbrite, but will not be registered on your training transcripts. There are limited spaces, so please book early if they are of interest to you. We will monitor their popularity and hopefully schedule more as necessary.

Free online resources
Working From Home Resources available OPD web pages – a blend of supportive articles, learning videos and external websites for managers and staff.
Marshall’s have created a free e-learning suite on Mental Health, Wellbeing, Resilience and Supporting Others on the LearnUpon website - please log in with your University of Dundee credentials, or if you haven’t previously registered, this link will detail how to log in, register, and set your own password.
You will receive training from your line manager, devised by the Business Recovery Team about the practical and safety aspects of returning to the workplace, when the time comes. In the meantime, Habit Action are a great company that focus on creating excellent workspaces. They have a brilliant, free webinar series about returning to the workplace. You can register (with your University of Dundee credentials) to access them on their webpages. They also have more resources available.

The 14th cycle of the cross-institutional Teaching Research and Academic Mentoring scheme is now available for new participants who are employed as researchers and/or teaching academics . You can find out more and sign up on our webpages, including help for remote mentoring.
