Several bodies and committees govern and advise the University.


The University Court is the governing body of the University, responsible for the employment of staff and the management & administration of property and finance.


The Senate regulates and superintends the academic work of the University, from admissions, through all its teaching activities to graduation.

Academic and Corporate Governance is a diverse directorate providing support for staff and students across the University in academic and corporate matters.

University Structure

The University of Dundee is organised into ten schools containing multiple disciplines. In addition, all of these schools have associated research centres or units.
