Ms Ziganshina

Ms. Dinara Ziganshina

Ms. Dinara Ziganshina is a PhD student at the IHP-HELP Centre for Water Law, Policy and Science, Dinara focuses on public international law as applied to transboundary waters in Central Asia and its effectiveness. She earned her law degree (J.D. equivalent) from Tashkent State Institute of Law in 2001. In May 2008 she successfully completed an LL.M. in Environmental and Natural Resources Law Program at the University of Oregon School of Law and obtained a Master of Laws degree.

Dinara is a speaker at the Workshop on Day 2.
