Dr Bo Libert
Dr Bo Libert
Dr. Bo Libert is the UNECE Regional Adviser on Environment and is engaged in activities focusing on transboundary cooperation on water as well as environmental protection. He has previously held positions in research, government and management, including with the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency and the OECD. Dr Libert, a Swedish citizen, has published various publications in the agricultural and environmental fields including a monograph on agriculture and the environment in the former Soviet Union.Bo is a Workshop presenter on day four.
