Dr Alistair Rieu-Clarke

Dr Alistair Rieu-Clarke, LLB, LLM, PhD is a Senior Lecturer at the IHP - HELP Centre for Water Law, Policy & Science under the auspices of UNESCO. An expert on measuring the effectiveness of transboundary water governance regimes, his research focused on governance and water resources management and involves case studies in Bhutan, Cambodia, China, Costa Rica, India, Portugal, South Africa, Spain and Vietnam.

Alistair is a speaker at the Workshop on Days 1, 4 and 5; he is also the Symposium Co-Chair.
