Water Law Water Leaders
The Water Law Water Leaders (WLWL) summer programme forms the heart of the teaching delivered by the IHP-HELP Centre. The aim is to develop a new generation of local water leaders globally.
WLWL modules cover the three core areas of water law - international water law, comparative national water law, and the regulation of water services. Each lasts three week (or two weeks without assessment). There is also an online WLWL transferable skills for water law module.

Qualification Options
Postgraduate Certificate (PGCert) - successfully complete all three water law modules, or any two plus the induction module. Duration: 7 to 10 weeks, depending on modules taken, June - July or August 2011.Successfully complete all four WLWL modules as part of studying for a full Masters (LLM) in Water Law or Masters (LLM) Water Governance and Conflict Resolution which you can decide to do from the outset or during your PGCert study. Duration: minimum two years for part-time study.There is additionally a further interim award option mid-way between the PGCert and the LLM: this is the Postgraduate Diploma. Again all four WLWL modules are required; & you can decide to transfer to this award during your WLWL summer tuition.These modules also form part of the interdisciplinary .
