University of Dundee Pre-Application Visit Day

These Visit Days are aimed mainly at people who are thinking of starting University in September 2012 and are about to complete their UCAS application.

Which subjects & talks are available?

The programme of subjects open & talks on each date can be found at the pages below.

Tailor your Visit Day, you can choose:

• which subjects you would like to visit,
• which campus tour you wish to join, and
• any talks you want to attend.

Please note:

• Medicine only available to visit on Wednesday 31 August 2011
• Dentistry only available on Wednesday 31 August 2011
• Oral Health Sciences only available on Wednesday 31 August 2011
• Life Sciences subjects are only available to visit on Saturday 1 October 2011

Arrange the day to suit yourselves, and if you wish to have your parents attend a talk while you tour the campus, or divide up the events in any other way, you can.

Do I need to book?

We expect around 2,000 visitors plus parents/friends, and booking is essential to ensure that you can visit the subject areas you want:

This is your chance to find out more about our courses and also about the University and Dundee itself, so think ahead:

• Is there anything you're unsure about in the course itself?
• Are you worried about dealing with finances?
• Do you want to see if there is a club for your particular sport?

Make sure you ask us on the day and we will help you find the answer.

Join a Campus Tour and see the Students' Association, self-catering accommodation, library, IT and sports facilities on campus. Tours are led by a current student and take about 1 hour.
