Opportunities for University of Dundee Students

The University of Dundee offers you plenty of opportunities to benefit from international study. Studying abroad improves your academic experience and gives important social experience and contacts which can benefit you throughout your life and your working career.

University of Dundee students can spend a study or work placement period in another participating country. However, opportunities available to individual students depend on the course and the country you wish to visit. The arrangement usually allows you to gain credits overseas and they will contribute to your University of Dundee degree.

• Erasmus Lifelong Learning Programme - study and work placement in Europe 2nd or 3rd year for one or two semesters
• Transatlantic Student Exchange - spend one or two semesters of your 2nd or 3rd year of study in either the USA or Canada
• Australasia Student Exchange - spend one or two semesters of your 3rd year of study in Australia, New Zealand or Hong Kong
