Tracheostomy Course

22 November 2012 NHS Tayside has developed a one day tracheostomy course that will take place on 1st Febuary 2013. This course will support the application of the NHS QIS Best Practice Statement in Tracheostomy care, with supported funding from NES. In line with the objectives of the Scottish Patient Safety Program, this course promotes a systematic reduction in clinical risk by ensuring all patients with a tracheostomy receive evidence based care.
