It's a good idea to have your tuition fee loans, cost of living support loans and other finances in place BEFORE you start your course.
Students from Scotland - apply to the Student Awards Agency for Scotland (SAAS) to have your tuition fees paid direct to the institution, for the Young Student's Bursary,and a student loan for living costs, plus any supplementary grants. Apply to SAAS by 30th June 2011 to guarantee that your funding will be in place for starting in September.
Students from the rest of the UK - apply to your Local Education Authority or Education and Library Board for a tuition fee loan and living cost support.

Students from the EU - apply to SAAS to have your tuition fees paid to the University. If you have lived in the UK, or have immediate family living or working in the UK, you should contact our Student Funding Officer to discuss your case as you might be able to gain additional funding.

Non-EU students - you will not be entitled to assistance with tuition fees or living costs and are expected to have arranged sufficient funding before starting your degree. This is a compulsory element of obtaining a visa.
