Application forms are issued by the Admissions Office once a prospective student has accepted an offer to study at the University of Dundee. Offers of accommodation are sent out from May onwards each year for September entry or as soon as possible if you apply after May.
Application forms for students undertaking "Taught" courses are issued by the Postgraduate Office (or in some cases, individual Academic Departments). Application forms for students undertaking "research" courses are issued by the Research Degrees Office. Offers of accommodation are sent out to you from May onwards each year for September entry or as soon as possible if you apply after May.
The new residence at Seabraes is available year round for entrant and continuing postgraduate applicants and other senior year students. At Dundee, we recognise the varying needs of postgraduate students. Seabraes proximity to the main campus and city centre means that while academic and social facilities are close by, Seabraes offers high quality ensuite accommodation conducive to a peaceful and secure working environment for students at a similar stage of their academic career. We want your time living with us to be as enjoyable and as hassle-free as possible.

Please note, some services may vary from year to year - for example, the scope of personal property insurance cover and changes to the IT service within residences. This is not an exhaustive list of changes and continuing students are advised to read their Offer of Accommodation and supplementary information carefully before accepting.
Application forms are issued by the Socrates/Erasmus Office to students participating in the Socrates/Erasmus scheme once a prospective student has accepted an offer to study at the University of Dundee.
Application forms for students participating in the Transatlantic Student Exchange, Study Abroad programmes and EU Free-movers are issued by the Admissions and Student Recruitment Office.
