Why not join a smoking support group?
The University has its own smoking cessation group who meet on a Thursday during semester and Monday out with semester between 1 pm and 2pm in the Advice Centre, Student Services, Level 4 DUSA.
The group is open to both students and staff. If you would like to find out more about how the group could help you give up please contact the Advice Team email advice@dundee.ac.uk
