The Clinical Research Centre (CRC) is a state of the art clinical research facility that acts as a hub for clinical trial activity and relies on public & patient support.
In June 2008 and 2009 staff from the Clinical Skills Centre organised visits for 25 local primary school pupils to visit and participate in a half day programme at the Clinical Research Centre. Undergraduate medical students are very involved with planning and delivery of the event and the event has received very positive feedback from participants.

The Continuing Education department at the University of Dundee runs a very successful evening course programme for adults. Kaye Stevenson. Head of Continuing Education, is particularly keen to get more current researchers from the University involved in running courses based on their research and scientific backgrounds.
Four postdoctoral research staff members from Life Sciences and Medicine have created their own course based on drug metabolism, chemistry and immunology in the human body.
