Plans for the design of the 2012/13 teaching timetable are taking shape. Key dates for the timetabling process for next session are outlined in the Key Dates link to the right hand side of this page; they include today's opening of the Web Data Collector for a period of 5 weeks for Schools to specify their timetabling requirements for 2012/13.
An intended feature of the 2012/13 timetable will be use (where possible, given that new programmes and modules will start and new developments will also take effect next session) of the scheduled timeslots which were in place for teaching activities in the 2011/12 session. Therefore on opening of the WDC, Schools will find that details of activities for recurring modules are already in place, including a set day and time which CTS will look to retain if possible when scheduling for 2012/13.
