How to request SITS and/or eVision account(s)

Before submitting a user access request form, you should first establish how your PC is configured viz:

  1. Is your PC configured with the "Standard Operating Environment (SOE)"?
  2. Is your PC configured to run Novell Application Launcher (NAL)?

University of Dundee staff may apply for a SITS and/or eVision account by completing the online user access request form. To access the webform, staff should use their standard university network username and password (same as Groupwise, MyDundee VLE). Staff who are unable to access the webform, should contact the ICS Service Desk by telephone on 01382 388000 Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 5:00pm.
