Book prize

The Scottish Castles Association has awarded Professor Charles McKean the Nigel Tranter Memorial Award for his book 'The Scottish Chateau', an examination of the country houses of renaissance Scotland.

The book is published by Sutton Publishing and will be available in paperback later this year.
