**This Scholarship is now Closed and all scholarships have been awarded.**
The University of Dundee has been allocated six Carnegie-Cameron bursaries, the value of the Bursary for tuition fees will be up to £3,750 per bursary for 2012.
Criteria for awarding the money will coincide with the qualities envisaged by Andrew Carnegie:
The awards will be given to students who are undertaking a one year taught masters programme at the University of Dundee, in the academic year 2012-3 (although the course can be completed over two years, part time).
Competition for the bursaries is open to those who are Scottish by birth, descent (at least one parent born in Scotland), or have been continuously resident in Scotland for 3 years for the purpose of secondary or tertiary education.
Applicants should already have been offered a place at the University of Dundee and should have firmly accepted that offer or be intending to do so. A list of our postgraduate courses, including details of how to apply, can be found at www.dundee.ac.uk/postgraduate/courses/
For more information on the Carnegie-Cameron scholarships, visit the Carnegie-Cameron scholarship regulations webpage.
Download the application form in Word or PDF format.
(Applicants will also be required to provide proof of their Scottish birth, parentage or residency.)
The Closing date for the Scholarship is still to be confirmed but will be no earlier than FRIDAY 1st June 2012.
A University of Dundee Selection Committee will meet in June to select the successful applicants. All applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application by end of July.
