We are unable to courier Admissions letters. You can arrange for a courier to collect your Admissions letter. Please contact us with your University of Dundee id number and full name, and request us to have your Admissions letter ready for collection.

You can apply to most of our full time, taught postgraduate courses, using the online system, UKPASS. You can also download our Applying through UKPASS guide (5MB).
For most of the others courses, there is a paper form which you can download. Check the individual course page to find out which application system to use.

If you are overseas applicant, you will need to matriculate onto your postgraduate course, and then obtain a letter from the Registry confirming your student status and then you can obtain a UK bank account.

We will email an electronic scholarship application form to you. You should complete it online and click on the submit button at the bottom.
It can take up to 2 weeks from the date your application is acknowledged for the Course Director to make a decision on your application. As soon as the application form is received back from the department, we will email you with an update. If you have applied via UKPASS, we will also record the decision on UKPASS.

Have you paid your tuition fees? If not, please go to the Cash office in the Tower Building. If you have paid your tuition fees and have a receipt go directly to the Registry, 1 Airlie Place and you can matriculate onto your course.
Please contact us explaining that you cannot use UKPASS due to limited Internet access, and requesting a paper or email copy of our postgraduate application form.
Please contact us and ask for permission to defer to the following session and state the reason why you have requested to defer admission.
Please contact us and state the reason why you can't attend the course and explain that you would like your tuition fee/residences payment back. If you have been refused a VISA, please scan your VISA refusal letter and attach it to your email.
The postgraduate taught office will reply to your acceptance within 7 days. Please contact us if you haven't received an email reply after 7 days of accepting your offer through UKPASS.
Once you accept your postgraduate offer an accommodation application form is sent by email to their University of Dundee email address. The login details for this account are sent to you when we initially acknowledge receipt of your application.
Please wait for severn days between applying online and getting in touch. Then contact us with your UKPASS id number. We will check that we have the correct email address for you as all information is sent by email.
The postgraduate taught office will try and send the scholarship award letter by email within 7days of receiving the scholarship application form. If you haven't received an e-mailed scholarship award letter within 7 days, please contact us with your University of Dundee id number and full name for an update.
Please email cashoffice@dundee.ac.uk please quote your University of Dundee id number in the subject field.
We only send an electronic copy of the offer letter as this is a faster and more efficient process.
Please email the Residences office residences@dundee.ac.uk for an update on the allocation of accommodation. Please ensure that you quote your University of Dundee id number and full name in the subject field.
We post the hard copy of the Admissions letters to you on the same day that the electronic copy is e-mailed to you. Please be aware that it can take up to 3 weeks for the hard copy to be received if it is going overseas. Please contact us after 3 weeks if you have still not received your Admissions letter. You may need to give an alternative address if you haven't received the Admissions letter.
Please allow 7 days after sending the accommodation form for an email receipt to be sent to you.
Please contact us with your University of Dundee id number, full name and an alternative postal address.
Please contact us and ask for a Fee Status Questionnaire, include your University of Dundee id number, and full name in your message.

Please email postgrad-admissions@dundee.ac.uk and explain why you can't start the course on time and request a late start letter.
You can apply for up to 10 different courses via UKPASS. Log on to your UKPASS account, and select "New Application" from the left hand menu.
