Dr Abdullah Yusuf studied Public Policy, Economic Policy and Diplomacy in The Australian National University,
Research
Dr Yusuf's current research interests cover the following areas: the politics of International peacemaking, peacekeeping and peace-building; International law and the use of force, United Nations collective security law; the Persian Gulf War (1990-1991) and International Relations – radical Islamist movements; Political Islam, Al-Qaeda's ideology and strategy.
