Centre for International Politics and Security

The Centre for the Study of International Politics and Security organises research and teaching activities on a broad range of topics, including:

• traditional and new security threats
• the ethics and norms influencing the use of military force
• international co-operation against transnational security threats, such as international illegal narcotics trafficking 
• the politics and outcomes of modern military operations, including multilateral collaboration and non-state actors

It is based in Politics and International Relations, School of Humanities, University of Dundee and is responsible for the successful MLitt programme in Politics and International Security.
