Symposium on Scottish Devolution

A Symposium on Scottish Devolution: Past, Present and Future, will be held in Dundee on 25 February 2011.

John Swinney, the Scottish Finance Secretary, is keynote speaker and Vice Principal Chris Whatley, an eminent Scottish historian, will give an address of Welcome. Jim Johnston, Clerk to the Finance Committee, and Stephen Herbert will give presentations on the challenges facing the Parliament during a period of austerity.
