Planning for Sustainable Communities
A multi-disciplinary research workshop was held on 27th October 2010 on the theme of 'Planning for Sustainable Communities'.
The workshop was part the programme of events for the semester organised by the Space and Society Research Group and it was well attended by
staff and students from Town and Regional Planning, Geography and Architecture as well as a number of planners from planning practice.
The three papers, which addressed theoretical, policy and practical dimensions of the topic, were:
