The Organisational and Professional Development (OPD) Team, is based within the Human Resources Directorate, and works closely with a wide range of highly renowned training providers to offer a broad-ranging programme of opportunities for you to enhance your knowledge, skills and to fulfill both current and possible future demands at work. To enhance the learning experience, our courses are often tailored to particular backgrounds such that examples and discussions can be most productive and supportive.
