A deposit / fee of £20 is required per user. £10 will be refunded at the end of the academic year subject to compliance with the regulations.
Keys will be available from Mr Stevenson at most times but if he is unavailable Mrs Jill Webster (Chaplaincy Secretary) and Mrs L Rollo (Coffee Bar Manageress) will be able to assist.
Keys must be returned to the Chaplaincy Centre at the end of each practice session: outwith office hours the keys must be returned to the Chaplaincy at the start of the next working day.
To book the Practice Room, please complete the application form and hand into the Chaplaincy Centre.
