The Chamber Choir is an auditioning group. It is a small choir which specializes in unaccompanied singing. Repertoire covers the Renaissance to the present day and every second year the choir embarks on a short tour to a European destination.
Rehearsals take place on a Monday evening at 7pm in the Chaplaincy Centre.
The University Choir is the largest choral group in the University. Their repertoire covers staple works such as Faure's and Mozart's Requiems as well as lesser known pieces such as Mendelssohn's Christus and Johann Christian Bach's Magnificat.
Rehearsals take place on a Tuesday evening at 7.30pm in the Music Rooms in the old Micro-computing Centre.
The Bach Consort is another small group which specialises in performing music of the Baroque era. Please contact Graeme (g.stevenson@dundee.ac.uk) if you are interested in joining as there is not always space for new members.
