	Hotel Accommodation: The Secretariat has negotiated special rates with several local hotels. Every effort will be made to provide rooms at the required rate. However, the supply of rooms at any particular rate is necessarily limited and room allocations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. It is recommended that rooms are booked prior to 22nd July 2005. Rates are quoted both in UK Ł and Euros (as a guide) but are payable in UK Ł. Rates are per room per night and include full Scottish breakfast (unless otherwise stated) and VAT at 17.5%. All hotel rooms have a bathroom with shower, colour television and direct dial telephones. Prices are correct at the time of printing.

The majority of the above hotels are located near to the Moat House Hotel. Please note for some of the hotels, travel by taxi to the Moat House Hotel is necessary and these costs must be covered by the delegates.

Hotel Accommodation Booking and Payment

Full payment for all accommodation is required in order to make reservations. Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you on receipt of the Registration/Accommodation Form together with the correct payment. The cost of room extras, i.e. telephone calls, laundry etc should be settled directly with the hotel on departure.
