What the funds used for?

The funds raised or donated by the public are lodged in a separate account from that of the NHS. These funds are used to buy new equipment or upgrade old models.
Because of these funds, the Stroke Centre has been able to stay in the forefront of technology.
We are committed to the development of an Acute Stroke Unit and this will require funds in excess of  £1 million.  A separate fund operates for this.
