Entry requirements

1. Entrants should supply their image in jpeg format at a minimum resolution of 300 dpi and sized to A4 (21 cm x  29.7 cm). Colour images should be in RGB mode. Entries should adopt the file name initial_surname.jpeg e.g. j_bloggs.jpeg

2. Entries should be supplied on a CD and both the CD and its case should be clearly labelled with the entrant's name and email address.

3. Entrants should supply a concise stand-alone caption limited to 50 words as a Word document on the same CD, labelled initial_surname_caption.doc.

4. At the time of entry, entrants must also supply a completed, signed application form to confirm that they are the creator of the image.
