Conference & Meeting Facilities
Bonar Hall
Bonar Hall is available to hire on weekends and is situated on Park Place on the main campus. The facilities include:
- a flexible 494 seat theatre which is ideal for conferences and exhibitions
- the attractive Ustinov Room, suitable both for small seminars and meetings of up to 180 people
- spacious foyers providing informal social areas and further exhibition facilities
It is regularly used for a wide variety of social functions including concerts, weddings, fashion shows, ceilidhs and dinner dances.

Baxter Meeting Rooms
There are meeting room facilities available on the first floor of the Tower building including:
- a Training Complex (1.37 & 1.39) that can be subdivided to form 2 smaller areas with boardroom-style layout holding 20 people.
- a Seminar Room (1.35) which is specially designed for group discussion sessions involving up to 16 participants.
- a Reception Area providing an ideal setting for course participants to meet each other over light refreshments.
- a Conference Room (1.36) spacious enough to seat 110 people but also appropriate for smaller groups. (Please note: this facility is available during University vacations only)

River Rooms

West Park Conference Centre
West Park Centre purpose-built conference venue in a leafy, tranquil site on Perth Road, about one mile west of Dundee city Centre. The auditorium and stage seats up to 300 delegates, and there are 10 smaller adjoining rooms for break-out sessions and 5 additional conference rooms. Residential accommodation is also available at West Park.
