The Enhancement Themes initiative aims to enhance the student learning experience in Scottish higher education by identifying specific areas (Themes) for development. The Themes encourage academic and support staff and students to share current good practice and collectively generate ideas and models for innovation in learning and teaching. The Themes are part of the QAA Quality Enhancement Framework.
An important part of this work is the annual Enhancement Themes conference. Papers from past conferences and details of future conferences are available on the Enhancement Themes website. You can join the mailing list to receive information on project work and sign up for the regular email newsletter.
QET funding part supports our institutional newsletter, Highlighter. We have also produced a report about other activities which have taken place at the University of Dundee as part of the Graduates for the 21st Century Theme.
The new QET from summer 2011 is Developing and Supporting the Curriculum. The new institutional contact for the QETS is Professor David Coates. email David Coates.
