Higher Education Academy

The Higher Education Academy provides support to the higher education sector in a variety of ways includingworking with individual academics, running a variety of events andproviding resources. Their network of Subject Centres provides a range of services at the discipline level including 'key contacts' based within the university. Academy Scotland also provides a travel fund aimed at encouraging the exchange and dissemination of good practices at the discipline level. It is specifically aimed at enabling staff and students in Scottish HEIs to attend HE Academy events outwith Scotland and to encourage sharing anddissemination of practice.
