Induction tours take place in most of the site libraries. Individual tours can be arranged if required. Please contact the Disability Support Officer of the site you would like to visit.
Training on accessing and using LLC resources is available. (Extra time can be spent with readers who need additional support).

The Information Skills Toolkit is available on the VLE (virtual learning environment) My Dundee to support all students in accessing electronic library resources.
All LLC staff are encouraged to participate in customer care training, including disability awareness training. Supporting library users with disabilities: a guide for front-line staff, University of Dundee Library, 2005, is used widely by academic and public libraries in the UK.
