Our Aims

Our aim is to use our expertise, skills and experience to make a significant and meaningful contribution to the preservation of the material heritage, regardless of where it is held.

A member of the public with a single, cherished object has access to the same high class service as a large institution with world-class collections.

The studio operates on a "not-for-profit" basis. The underlying principle is to provide the best possible solution for the historic material.

Our work complies with and is guided by the national and international standards of our profession.

The Studio is included on the Conservation Register, a searchable list of accredited conservators owned and operated by the Institute of Conservation.
