Continuing Education provides lifelong learning opportunities to the community of Tayside via a comprehensive programme of over 200 part-time open-access courses. Its goal is to widen participation and to promote social inclusion and active citizenship.

The Learning Centre operates to support academic educational activities across the University. It offers a number of student programmes on academic skills and supports the My Dundee Blackboard learning environment and many other eLearning tools and techniques.
