Dundee Law School has established a broad portfolio of partnership agreements and exchange arrangements with a range of highly ranked law schools in Europe and overseas. These facilitate staff research as well as permitting Dundee students to study abroad and students from partner institutions to come to Dundee.
The Joint LLM with the University of Cergy-Pontoise, France allows students to study international commercial law from both common law and civil law perspectives, thereby gaining a unique comparative perspective. Semesters 1 (Sept - Jan) and 3 (June - Aug) are spent in Dundee with semester 2 (Jan - May) spent in France.
Dundee Law School has concluded bilateral agreements with two Norwegian law schools to facilitate the entry of their students onto our LLM programmes: Universitetet i Tromso and Universitetet i Bergen
A memorandum of understanding has been concluded with Symbiosis Law College, Pune, India.
The Law School has Erasmus exchange agreements with six partners in five countries, some of which offer tuition through English.
