Biography

Liz joined Dundee Law School from practice in August 2012 having previously taught part-time within the School on both the LLB and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice Courses.

Liz has extensive experience in practice having been a partner in the Tayside firm of Thorntons for a number of years where she worked within their residential property unit and latterly as a projects partner. She has been a member of The Property Law Committee of The Law Society of Scotland since 2005 and has presented externally on both property and risk management topics.

Scottish Property Law, Private Law of Scotland III and Private Law of Scotland (Advanced) within the LLB and various modules within the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice
