This module is delivered through seminars and independent research tasks. It will involve a minimum of 16 hours class contact time. The method of assessment is 40% coursework and 60% written examination.
The module aims to provide a critical understanding of the legal basis and principles of EU environmental law and of the content of the law in some specific areas.
