This module is delivered through seminars and independent research tasks. It will involve a minimum of 16 hours class contact time. The method of assessment is 30% coursework and 70% written exam.
The module aims to provide students with a knowledge and understanding of equality and anti-discrimination law and a critical appreciation of the social, political, economic and organisational issues arising therefrom.
