in these classes you'll do routines to the music, so you'll need to be a wee bit co-ordinated and know your right from your left!
step
the steps may be simple, but it's not a workout for the faint hearted. designed to burn calories, calories, calories.....
fight club
half step and half abs. a really good all-round workout to suit all fitness levels
zumba
they say we need to ditch the workout and join the party - so, lets get to it then!!
aeromax
maximum impact x maximum fun = maximum calories burned! it's simple, but hard work, so not suitable for beginners
circuit classes
in these classes the music is on, but no need to be co-ordinated. you'll do exercises in "stations", so no routines to follow - keeping things nice and simple
circuits
ideal for beginners and those who prefer a gentle approach. it's simple to do too!
conditioning
running, aerobic circuits and MSE exercises make up this challenging workout. if you don't usually run in your activity programme, why not try wellbeing first?
bootcamp
what do we do when the desks are in the hall - we go outside! wear old clothes and trainers 'cos it's gonna get messy. once the class leaves ise you can't join in late, so get there early.
cycling
guess what? you'll be on a bike! plus you'll sweat lots, so bring a towel
bike
ise’s own brand of studio cycling. pedal your way to fitness in this calorie bustin’ rollercoaster ride
all bike sessions are premium classes, so depending on your membership package you may need to pay a wee top up fee.
body conditioning classes
focus on training your muscles using lots of different types of exercises, but you won't be getting out of puff.....too much!!
sleek physique
the ultimate in toning for those who want their muscles to look better, feel better, work better and burn more body fat. try to get there a few minutes early to set up your weights
