sports physio

Thanks to our lovely new friends at Heal Physiotherapy we’re able to offer you heal@ise – a private sports physio clinic in our new treatment room here at ise.

Heal are qualified and experienced physiotherapists who between them have 16 years of clinical experience. Heal specialise in examining, treating and rehabilitating people with sports and other injuries. The physio service will include treatment of the injury and assess any underlying factors that may help prevent further injury episodes.

Heal’s treatment options:

  • manual therapy
  • muscle balance technique
  • movement analysis and re-education
  • acupuncture
  • relaxation
  • exercise prescription and advice (in partnership with ise).

    30 minutes £30 (isemembers will get £5 off their initial appointment)

    • payment should be made to therapist at time of appointment (cash or cheque only)
    • booking appointments can be made by in person at the ise reception or by telephone
    • failure to cancel appointment before day of treatment may result in a cancellation fee
