at ise we want you to enjoy sport and exercise and that's why we've put together our best range of membership options with you in mind. we recognise the importance of sport and exrecise to your health and well being, but we also know you want to meet friends and have fun! we've changed our seniors memberships to allow you to select the activities you want to do at a budget that suits you.

membership benefits
seniors members have access to ise’s successful yearly active calendar. throughout the year we programme educational talks and workshops, sports mornings, health walks, taster activity sessions, a golf outing and a day at the Scottish Universities Sport Active Age Festival. all of these activities are designed for you, from the feedback you’ve given us. the active calendar is a great way to meet new people, be more physically active and enjoy yourself.
as a member you also benefit from savings on: ise courses, massage @ ise and heal physio @ ise.
this is a 50 week membership, so you're not paying while you're off over the festive period. try ise and discover for yourself the unbelievable value on our membership packages.
there are two different ways to pay; a 1 off yearly fee (& save up to 10%) or monthly instalments by direct debit.

remember the more you use us, the more you save!
to be eligible for seniors membership you must have earned the right to carry your free bus pass! so make sure you bring some form of photographic ID that demonstrates your platinum credentials eg. that bus pass or your drivers license.

active living
our great active living membership package is available if you are part of the phase IV, cancer rehab or GP referral programme.
