it's that time of year when we all realise we need to rein in the eating and drinking so why not get a head start and check out the gym today or tomorrow. classes start on monday and please remember to use the christmas timetable until sunday 13 jan. we'll get the new timetable up asap so that you can see all that we have going on for the next semester. there will be loads of classes going on........we can promise that you're gonna love it.

volunteer for Glasgow 2014.......

Glasgow 2014 is pacing up and they are looking for up to 15,000 of Scotland's friendliest people to volunteer at the Commonwealth Games. from today, people can register their interest on the new volunteering site before the online application process opens mid-January 2013.

ise has the cleanest equipment in Scotland.......

during the recent service of our Precor gym equipment, the engineer, Steve, commented that our equipment is kept in the best standard of all the kit he has to work with. he stated that it was a joy not to have to fight through inches of dust and grime to get to the parts. considering that Steve provides Precor service to gyms from Edinburgh to Inverness his commendation is impressive. Well done team for setting a shining example!
