Accessing the CMS

Content Management System (CMS) Support

These support pages are aimed at staff who are involved in updating their websites throught the University Content Management System (CMS).

Video Tutorials

We have recently upgraded to Terminal Four version 7 and produced video tutorials for core tasks Moderators will perform in the CMS.

Guidelines

Staff granted access to the CMS will have one of two roles. A Contributor or Moderator role.

If you have liaised with ICS Web Development, you should have an understanding of these roles and what you will have access to. For more information on user roles, please see CMS Terminology.

Training

Get in touch with Web Development through ICS Service Desk if you would like training in the CMS.  

If you were unable to attend our Training sessions about version 7,  you can catch up on the new features demonstrated in our Training video for version 7.
