Video Conferencing Service Charges
No charges are currently levied to University users for normal use of the suites. However, any call charges incurred in using telephone links (over ISDN) will be passed on.

The charge shown as 'if required' reflect the work involved in staff time for setting up and being present for a conference. Where the hirer is familiar with the suite and does not need assistance with setting up or running the conference they may choose to have no support and the charge will be waived.
Special use of these suites may incur higher charges.
