ICS produces training materials for courses on a wide range of computing topics. We want more students and staff to benefit from these materials, not just those participating in staff development or student training sessions.
These pages provide a catalogue of all computing-based training materials produced so far. The catalogue is in the early stages of development but we aim to progress towards offering a full catalogue that reflects the training we offer.
The library catalogue of training materials (detailed below) is listed in alphabetical order. Firstly look for the main topic you are looking for, eg Microsoft Office 2003, then look for a package of training materials you wish information on eg Word. Select the package and you'll find a range of guides and exercises to choose from. You can work through them all or just the ones you need specific guidance on. If you have trouble finding what you are looking for please contact the ICS Service Desk.
Please note that the catalogue list is open to anyone to view but access to these materials is restricted to University of Dundee users ie staff and matriculated students using a University networked computer. To access these materials off-campus you will need to enter your SOMIS username and password.
