Use our Online Enquiry Form to contact us for help with staff or student IT-related incidents, service requests and queries.
- When you use the Enquiry Form we need your @dundee email to help us log your incident or service request. While we deal with your incident we'll keep you updated by email. (See example.)

What happens next?
Your reference number
- You will receive an email response from do-not-reply@dundee.ac.uk with a reference number in order to help track progress.
Update your incident or request
- Use the links provided on the most recent notification to provide additional information in relation to that particular incident.
We will be in touch:
- When an analyst takes ownership of your call
- If we need information from you
- When we believe we have reached a resolution
If you need us to take further action, please select the "Re-open Incident" link within the resolution notification.
