What happens next?

Your reference number

  • You will receive an email response from do-not-reply@dundee.ac.uk with a reference number in order to help track progress.

Update your incident or request

  • Use the links provided on the most recent notification to provide additional information in relation to that particular incident.

We will be in touch:

  • When an analyst takes ownership of your call 
  • If we need information from you
  • When we believe we have reached a resolution

If you need us to take further action, please select the "Re-open Incident" link within the resolution notification.
